    摘要:

    废弃矿山生态修复与功能再生是全球后工业景观研究的重要议题,也是中国风景园林教育应对城市存量更新与产业转型的关键方向。浙江苍南矾矿拥有600余年明矾采炼史,2017年全面关停后形成典型矿业棕地,面临酸性污染、安全隐患、空间割裂与文化断层等复合问题。为探索兼具国际视野与本土适配的设计方案及可推广的教学路径,依托中国美术学院建筑艺术学院风景园林系与德国 Latz+Partner事务所联合工作坊,构建“场地景观分析-策略概念生成-方案深化设计”三阶段递进式教学体系,采用本硕混合编组、混合教 学、跨时差指导、田野踏勘与工业遗产活态文化解读等方法,引导学生挖掘构筑物、边界与交通等场地要素,整合生态修复、遗产保护、社区融合与文旅发展策略。最终形成“矾山新干线”“边界融合”“三蹦子车活态传承”三项设计成果,有效回应工业遗存安全利用、空间边界消解与文化活态传承问题。实践证实,该模式能提升学生场地解读、跨文化协作、生态技术应用与社会价值整合能力,形成了可复制的后工业景观教学范式,为中国工业遗产类棕地再生教育、文旅转型与社区可持续发展提供了理论与实践借鉴。

    Abstract:

    The ecological restoration and functional regeneration of abandoned mines constitute a vital topic in global post-industrial landscape research, as well as a key direction for China’s landscape architecture education in response to urban stock renewal and industrial transformation. The Alum Mine in Cangnan, Zhejiang Province, boasts a 600-year history of alum mining and refi ning. Following its complete closure in 2017, it became a typical industrial brownfi eld facing composite challenges, including acid pollution, safety hazards, spatial fragmentation, and cultural discontinuity. To explore design schemes that combine an international perspective with local adaptation, along with a replicable teaching path, this paper establishes a three-stage progressive pedagogical framework consisting of “site landscape analysis - strategy concept generation - detailed scheme design,” relying on a joint workshop between the Department of Landscape Architecture, School of Architecture, China Academy of Art and the German fi rm Latz + Partner. Utilizing methods such as mixed undergraduate-graduate grouping, blended teaching, cross-time-zone tutoring, fi eld surveys, and the living cultural interpretation of industrial heritage, the workshop guides students to excavate site elements such as structures, boundaries, and transportation networks, while integrating strategies for ecological restoration, heritage protection, community integration, and cultural tourism development. Ultimately, three design outcomes were achieved: “Fanshan New Trunk Line,”“Boundary Fusion,”and“Living Inheritance of Three-Wheeled Vehicles,”eff ectively addressing the safe utilization of industrial relics, the dissolution of spatial boundaries, and the living transmission of culture. Practical results demonstrate that this model enhances students’ abilities in site interpretation, cross-cultural collaboration, ecological technology application, and social value integration. It establishes a replicable pedagogical paradigm for post-industrial landscapes, providing theoretical and practical insights for the regeneration education of industrial heritage brownfi elds, cultural tourism transformation, and sustainable community development in China.
