    交通噪声对城市空间造成了严重危害,快速路沿线住区是受影响最严重的区域之一,噪声在住区内的传播与其他类型声源共同构成了住区的声环境。选取上海市内环高架路沿线两个住区作为对照,重点探究住区开放空间形态特征对声环境分布的影响。从微观和中观尺度提出广度指标与构成指标两类变量,多维度量化住区的开放空间形态特征。通过开展前期实地声漫步实验,构建声环境质量评价回归模型,以全方位计算研究住区内所有空间点位的声环境评价结果,并将其与住区开放空间形态要素开展相关性分析与地理加权回归分析。研究发现,开放空间形态要素主要从阻隔交通噪声与促进积极声源两种途径影响声环境的分布,对不同住区的影响效果存在显著差异,且同一要素对声环境质量的影响权重体现出空间异质性。总体来讲,广度指标对不同空间区域产生同向的影响效果,仅在权重高低上体现出差异,而构成指标会在住区边界或中心产生相反的影响。在探讨空间要素与声环境要素影响关系的基础上,利用声环境评价模型反映了居民对声环境的主观感知结果,从而以住区空间布局为切入点,为住区声环境质量的优化提供科学指导。

    Abstract:

    Traffic noise poses signifi cant hazards to urban spaces, with residential areas along expressways being among the most severely aff ected zones. The transmission of noise within these communities, combined with other sound sources, forms the acoustic environment of residential areas. This study selects two neighborhoods along Shanghai’s Inner-Ring Expressway as control groups and focuses on investigating how the spatial characteristics of open spaces infl uence the distribution of acoustic environments. Through micro and medium-scale approaches, the research proposes two types of variables: breadth indicators and compositional indicators, enabling multi-dimensional quantifi cation of open space morphology in residential areas. Through the soundwalk experiment, the regression model of acoustic environment quality evaluation was constructed to calculate and study the acoustic environment evaluation results of all spatial points in the residential area in an all-around way, and the correlation analysis and geographically weighted regression analysis were carried out with the morphological elements of open space in the residential area. Research reveals that spatial elements in open spaces primarily infl uence the distribution of the acoustic environment through two mechanisms: blocking traffi c noise and enhancing positive sound sources. These eff ects show signifi cant variation across residential areas, with the weighting of individual elements demonstrating spatial heterogeneity in the impacts on acoustic quality. Generally, the breadth indicators have the same eff ect across diff erent spatial regions, diff ering only in weight level. In contrast, the compositional indicators have the opposite eff ect at the residential boundary or center. Building on the exploration of spatial and acoustic environmental interactions, this study employs an acoustic environment evaluation model to refl ect residents’ subjective perceptions. By focusing on residential spatial layout optimization, the fi ndings provide scientifi c guidance for improving acoustic environments in urban communities.
