    摘要:

    在国家文化数字化战略背景下,北京朝阳国家文化产业创新实验区作为全国首个国家级文化产业实验区具有明显的示范性,将文化数字化落实到场景空间,通过文化产业园作为空间载体营造具体文化场景对于实现文化产业和园区的高质量发展有着重要意义。在既有研究基础上,梳理相关研究文献界定文化数字化新场景的内涵;结合实地调研分析国家文创实验区发展的现状特征和需求,并进行问题诊断。结果显示:当前实验区存在空间形态不满足数字化需求、数字化产业生态有待提升和文化资源活化创新不足等问题。因此结合不同群体对于文化产业园数字化发展的需求特征,从场景展示层、场景应用层、场景支撑层和场景感知层4个层面构建多尺度、多层次、系统化的体系架构。提出完善空间形态、优化产业业态、创新文化资源、布局智慧景观和搭建交互平台等发展策略,为后续结合示范项目提出具体优化路径和以前置规划引领统筹园区文化数字化发展等工作提供理论基础。

    Abstract:

    Under the backdrop of the national cultural digitization strategy, Beijing Chaoyang National Cultural Industry Innovation Experimental Zone, the country’s first national-level cultural industry experimental zone, demonstrates significant exemplariness. It integrates cultural digitization into spatial scenarios, leveraging cultural industry parks as spatial carriers to create specific cultural scenes, which are crucial for realizing the high-quality development of cultural industries and parks. Building upon existing research, this study delineates the connotations of new cultural digitization scenarios by reviewing relevant literature. It diagnoses the status and needs of national cultural innovation zones through field research. The results indicate that the current experimental zone faces issues such as spatial forms needing to meet digitization needs, the need to enhance the digital industry ecosystem, and insufficient activation and innovation of cultural resources. Therefore, based on the diverse demands of different groups for the digital development of cultural industry parks, a multi-scale, multi-level, and systematic architectural framework is proposed across four dimensions: scene presentation layer, scene application layer, scene support layer, and scene perception layer. Development strategies are suggested, including improving spatial forms, optimizing industrial formats, innovating cultural resources, designing smart landscapes, and establishing interactive platforms. which provide a theoretical basis for optimizing strategies for subsequent demonstration projects and guiding the integrated digital development of park culture through pre-planning.
