Research pocket park satisfaction from the perspective of users’ perception, determine the priorities of the transformation and improvement of different influencing factors of pocket parksand provide targeted optimization suggestions. This method can provide focus and direction for the renewal and transformation of the urban pocket park and improve users’ leisure and recreation experience in the park. Taking six pocket parks in the Shangcheng District of Hangzhou as an example, this paper analyzes the user behavior characteristics, first confirms the evaluation index system, and then analyzes the importance and satisfaction perception characteristics of various factors of pocket parks by using the IPA analysis method. The results show that 18 indicators show some commonalities and differences in the distribution of IPA quadrants of 6 pocket parks. The rest facilities and sanitary facilities are located in the key improvement areas in the IPA analysis charts of the six pocket parks, which are the most important influencing factors for the construction and transformation of pocket parks. The style, characteristics, and fitness facilities can be optimized and improved after developing key improvement areas. The richness of plant species is in the maintenance area, and excessive investment is not recommended.
